NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT The copyright of Studiotrapsounds.com products and all included sounds, samples, loops, MIDI files, sequencer projects, and/or audio demos, is retained by Studio Trap and is licensed to the purchaser (via paid download) for use in commercial and non-commercial music releases. Only purchasers of this product/license or any of our authorized distributors, have the legal right to use the contents in their own "original" musical releases and/or in advertisements, soundtracks, and television or film music productions. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. The purchaser of this product/license may use the contents in their own commercial and noncommercial compositions/releases with no additional costs, providing their name (or band/artist name) appears in the “credits” for that release. Proof of purchase may be requested by Studio Trap subsequently. This product license cannot be purchased retrospectively. So, to avoid litigation we recommend that you buy this product legally before you release a track using its contents. Furthermore, all remixers of tracks using Studio Trap content will need to purchase a license, prior to the remix release date, as this is a single user license and non-transferable. The contents of this product may not be used (wholly or partly) in the creation of any competitive product; including but not necessarily limited to; Sample Packs, Sample CDs, Sample DVDs, Virtual Instruments, Expansion Packs, Production Music, Library Music, Subscription Services, App Contents (Mobile or otherwise), or in any other collection or service, in any format, or in any product that would involve the re-licensing of our partners product copyrights, without our permission. The contents of this product are not to be used "isolated" in your musical works. They must be used within the context of a musical piece mixed with additional parts. Any audio demos are provided as “demos” and they are not licensed to you, and they may not be re-created or used in their current state. You may not re-sell this collection or transfer it to a third-party, as a purchased license is a single-user license and non-transferable. This licence is non-exclusive, meaning that other individuals who have purchased this pack will also hold a licence to use the material in their commercial (or otherwise) productions. As such, the use of copyright take down services is subject to this licence. Therefore, it is not permitted for a licensee of this content to issue a copyright take down on the basis that Studio Trap content has also been used in the creation of another customer’s audio project, as the copyright of the material is retained by Studio Trap and only LICENSED to end users on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis. If you wish to obtain a non-exclusive licence for this material (meaning that other users, excluding those who have already purchased this release) may not use this material in their projects, you will need to obtain an exclusive licence from Studio Trap. The fee for such a licence is subject to additional costs. We will not take responsibility if the sounds purchased do not meet the needs or purpose of the buyer. All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling, renting, uploading, file sharing or unauthorized trading of this content (or any part of this content) is prohibited by international copyright law. Studio Trap will not hesitate to take legal action against any person(s), company or individual(s) who fail to adhere to the terms of this legal agreement.
